Conference for trainees: 17-18 March 2015

We are pleased to announce that the inaugural Faculty Registrar Conference will be held on 17-18 March 2015 at Pembroke College, Oxford.

The aim of this meeting is to bring specialty registrars in occupational medicine together from across the UK. Key themes include topics difficult to access in day-to-day practice, such as handling an environmental incident, controlling workplace hazards and assessing safety-critical workers.

This will provide a valuable opportunity for registrars to discuss career development, leadership and training during a discussion panel.  We encourage all registrars to attend this historic learning event, with invited speakers including Professor Tar-Ching Aw, Dr Richard Heron, Dr Raymond Johnston and Dr Max Henderson.

This Faculty conference is supported by Corporate Health, the occupational health charity, and CPD points will be available.  Look out for further information, including details of how to book your place, on the events section of the website soon.
