NQIP, the National Quality Improvement Programme from HWDU, offers a client experience survey, aimed at measuring OH clients’ satisfaction with their OH service/provider. This is now at a new price of £100. The survey report also benchmarks against other OH services nationally.
OH services that undertake this survey will achieve evidence of compliance with the worker feedback element of SEQOHS standard F2.1.
