An early success of the fledgling Faculty of Occupational Medicine, founded in 1978, was the development and publication of Guidance on Ethics for Occupational Physicians. The guidance has been updated and continues as a key FOM publication, widely referred to. In 2018, the FOM were privileged to introduce the latest, 8th edition in our fortieth year.
